Piecing the Double Wedding Ring: I am spending the
winter working on a wonderful double wedding ring quilt using Marti Michell's terrific template set!! On Wednesday,
March 3 and Thursday, March 4, you can join me at Lake Farmpark in Kirtland, Ohio for a 2 day workshop and start
your own version of this popular traditional quilt! The cost of the template set is $38 and the workshop is $58.

Mississippi Mud is the first
quilt Mary designed and it has been popular ever since. Simple snowball corners and a couple of design
tricks are the secrets to this great quilt. It was named “mud” by her students because it uses
lots and lots of prints – even the “uglies” can be hidden in this quilt! Make it with
all those Bali’s or 30’s prints or Civil War prints that you have stashed – any category works well!
You will learn ways to streamline your piecing and pressing to increase accuracy that can be applied to any quilt block.

New Workshop!! Sashing
Stars for any quilt: Marti Michell's newest template set is designed to help you create stunning sashing
with stars at each intersection. It allows for 3 widths and any length needed so you can customize it to your quilt
blocks. In this new workshop, you are invited to bring a set of finished quilt blocks (think about one of the block
of the month sets laying on the UFO shelf) and we'll design the right sashing with stars for your quilt. Don't have
a set of blocks -- it will work with fussy cut fabric panels, machine embroidery motifs -- there is something in your stash

Playing
with Jelly – 8 pointed Stars: Aren’t “jelly rolls” fun? It’s
so tempting to buy every one you see, but many of the patterns created for them look alike. But all that
has changed with Marti Michell’s 2½” Stripper Set of templates.
In this workshop, you’ll see how easy 8-pointed stars are to piece with engineered rotary cutting templates –

Double Wedding Ring template set as the best! Cutting the pieces with rotary templates is the most accurate. The pattern is
